An Entry

So, this morning I went to the art store and spent a lot of time and even more money getting five of my pastel paintings matted and framed. They will be ready on the 27th. Next, I went to Walmart and bought myself two autumny leaf-peeperish sweat shirts. I still have not found the ones I know I have somewhere but I expect they will surface eventually!
Now, some letters I will never send:

Dear sons,
I brought you into the world and I can take you out. Send me email. Your loving mother

Dear granddaughter of the shut-in lady I write to,
It was very nice of you to let me have your email address but I wish you had attached a name to it. I will feel very silly when I address you as "dear granddaughter of B" when I write this week to ask you if your grandmother would wear a Vermont sweat shirt if I bought her one for Christmas and if so, what size does she take?

Dear owner of the HUGE SUV.
If you park that close to my little Kia again, I will have no compunction slamming open my door and hopefully denting something on your gas-guzzler. This time, I was nice {although as I slid across the passenger seat to get to my driver’s seat,  I did say a few things not appropriate to a lady of my age and upbringing.}

Until later….

That happened to us in the airport. Someone parked so we couldn’t get out. Our outside mirrors were in front of theirs and if we backed out we would take them both off. So we nicely folded our mirrors back as our sons were writing on their car…”learn how to park..moron!” We had to fold their mirrors also. Thankfully our’s folded. I was ready to call a tow truck.

i love these kinds of letters. lol

What a great idea. I think if I were to do this too I would have so much to say right now I wouldn’t know where to start and now of course I doubt I have the anonymity to say it despite the new diary.

I think the last letter was my favorite. 🙂 You go!

If only we could send the one to the neighbours.

Just writing things like this is therapeutic.

I hate when a car parls so close that I can’t get in the driver’s side. I am too embarrassed to tell you what I did.

Maybe I’ll send that email to my daughter. She is so bad about calling back.
