A Decision and other Things *.

EDIT: I think the picture was too big. I hope shrinking it made it easier to leave note—if you want to leave a note I had almost written an entry when my computer  completely shut down! It has never done that before and we decided that it had been hanging around with Stupid {Fred’s computer} which does this all the time! Anyway, I will endeavor to reconstruct the entry but in shorter form, of course! {OH, goody! Another bulleted entry!

  • Since I had such a feeling of relief when I wrote I was thinking about dropping the pastels course, this morning, I did it.
  • I went by the classroom and explained why to Pam because I didn’t want her to think it was her fault at all. She was nice and said she understood.
  • THE BOOK {the one I need for Italian} arrived this morning. No, of course not from Amazon. I cancelled that order after they sent me the same wrong book twice. This was ordered from one of the Alibris.com sellers. I was told it would arrive tomorrow. It arrived today. It is used {which I knew} but useable.
  • The plant in the picture is a small bamboo I bought today to celebrate the Good Decision I made in dropping the art class this semester.  It is sitting on a corner of my desk in the art room.
  • Amanda-from-the-library and her husband are buying their first house and she is coming on Wednesday to pick up the boxes we have. This is something that will benefit us both. Now, I no longer have to list them on Freecycle.

Until later….

Cute plant… sounds like you made a good choice in dropping the class – you can only do so many things at a time, and you learnt a LOT in the two pastels classes you did, so you should really be quite able to carry on on your own when YOU want to do it rather than having to do set assignments for a class… (huggles)

Love the plant and if the class is too much, then it’s good you dropped it. And feel okay about it.

I like that bamboo plant. Mine died before I moved and I need to get a new one for my office.
