A Quick Entry

I have a pastels class on Mondays and Italian on Tuesdays and Thursdays so on Wednesdays  these days I am feeling that I have to be super organized.  This is especially true today because I also have a physical therapy meeting at 10 am. This is {hopefully} the last session. I had been having physical therapy for the bursitis in my hip. The steroid shot a couple of weeks ago took away most of the pain and the physical therapy after that was very helpful. This is just a "And how are you doing now?" type meeting. I have not been as conscientious about the exercises as I need to be and crawling around on the floor yesterday plugging and unplugging computer stuff hasn’t helped, but the pain level is about a 3. This is a little higher than usual but then if I will  get down on the floor…

List for this morning:

  • continue to do laundry between reading OD
  • go to PT
  • later in the day, finish my short {very short} story in Italian using past tense verbs culled from "Volare!" I have got this in hand-written form and need to type it. {My word processor spell check HATES Italian!}
  • finish laundry If I don’t get it all done before I leave to go to PT.
  • leave for PT a bit early so I can stop by the post office to drop off the Amazon return. {They sent to wrong book!
  • On the way back home, go to the drug store to get my refills.
  • go for a walk
  • listen to some Italian on the computer…

Until later….

Glad your hip is doing better. I love that you take all these classes. What a great way to spend the days.

In all the time I’ve dealt with Amazon they have always sent me exactly what I ordered. I’m a little surprised really.

Now, see what happens when you are off-line for a month or so? I didn’t know that you’d had the steroid shot or that you were going to PT. On the other hand, if you mentioned it, I just might be senile enough that I forgot! LOL! Anyhooo… Glad you are feeling better. Now that you’re living downstairs, it’s probably a whole lot easier to get the laundry done.

Awww hon. Nothing like needing something specific and getting the wrong thing! I hope your visit goes well! That’s great that you’re taking Italian, I’d like to learn a few languages myself. Being a teacher and a student as well, I figured you may know where to send me. Thanks! – 🙂

I’m very glad that the hip is feeling better. Yes, getting down on the floor is not the bad part…the getting back up part is! 🙂 Italian seems to be going well for you, too! Have a great day today at PT.

The only Italian I know is musical terms. I don’t know the words to Volare, but the tune is now securely lodged in my head!

Very busy lady and I hope all the pain goes away soon.

Glad your hip is doing better. I have had bursitis in the same hip twice and my dr. never even suggested PT. I had a cortisone shot both times and that was it. If it happens again I will have to mention that to him. I really admire all that you are doing with your life. I wish my MIL would be as active!
