Things *I* Have To Do this Week

Ok, this is for my benefit but you may read it if you wish…

Sunday 23rd:

  • Books {at least two boxes.–more if possible}
  • rest of pots and pans except those most in use
  • crawl-space in bedroom adventures {Take huge suitcase and Christmas stuff to basement}
  • walk
  • other?

Monday 24th

  • books {at least two boxes}
  • food in pantry {cans and boxes}
  • start packing dishes we don’t use}
  • walk
  • register on line for classes
  • Other?

Tuesday 25th

  • books {at least two boxes}
  • carry stuff from shelves in downstairs hall to basement? {depends on weight but if I can do this, it will make shelf removal easier}
  • small ornaments on bookshelf and in corner stand. Pad with towels}
  • continue dishes

Wednesday 26th

  • books
  • walk
  • get all non-essentials out of kitchen and into boxes
  • other?

 Thursday 27th

  • books?
  • anything else I see that hasn’t been done yet
  • "stuff" around and on top of my computer
  • walk
  • other?

Friday 28th

  • anything that hasn’t been done as yet
  • walk? {to post office to file change of address forms?}
  • sign lease?
  • other

Saturday 29th

  • Final stuff from kitchen and bathroom
  • walk
  • panic
  • other?

Sunday 30th

  • Put bed clothes in box
  • panic
  • Wait for Mike and his friends to move us
  • walk

You sound well organised so hopefully it’ll all go off without a hitch. Be careful about lifting any of the heavy stuff, it only takes one heavy box and you could knock your back out. Good luck. 😉

In spite of the fact that they’re a pain to move, one can never have too many books! I miss mine already, but they were just too expensive to ship. Love to you! ~M

Just the ride in the air conditioner sounds lovely. And in this day with high gas prices it’s a treat to take a joy ride. That is what Sunday’s are for.
