HAWT!
It is HOT here in this little garret. Fred just told me it is 92 degrees. The fans are running but they are only moving hot air around in the main part of the apartment. As soon as I am finished here, I am off to the air-conditioned bedroom…
I have to record that I haven’t done much but I have done some packing. I have filled two big boxes: one has art supplies only and the other has art supplies and a layer of stuffed animals on the top. Tomorrow I will put my table down flat and start loading a box or two with more books. The problem is that we have nowhere to put these boxes.

They’re predicting 101 here by Tuesday. Any chance of talking the new landlord into central air?

I agree with Bedlam. I hope that the new landlord will want A/C once he’s upstairs in your place. Its really hot upstairs in our house too…. so, who knows. I hope this hot weather will pass quickly. I’m already tired of it. Time for fall/winter.

I am very thankful for our central a/c…. it has been quite hot here too….
