Today’s Stuff

Fred and I have done a lot of talking today and he has made many phone calls.

I feel considerably better about this whole we-may-not-have-an-apartment business now we have a plan. There is not much we can do about anything until we talk to this new owner tomorrow at 7 pm and then we will be able to make some decisions. But we DO have some plans in mind and that makes me feel a lot better. If we DO have to move, it will be a big job but anything can be done small step by small step…

I went for a longish walk today all the way down a long hill and all the way back up the hill to get home. It really wasn’t what I would categorize as a real walk because all I can do is stroll but it was a pleasant stroll anyway. It was a bit muggy and sticky but I took a couple of brief rests on the way home and it was certainly better than nothing. I will be glad when /if I get a notification that something is going to be done about this trochanteric bursitis. Which reminds me. I got a letter from the hospital today, which I was hoping was an appointment for the steroid shot, but which turned out to be the results of my breast imaging —-and everything boob-squishywise is fine! They are certaily getting much more efficient in the mammogram department  for me to get an appointment within  a week of calling for one and the results less that two weeks after that!

I am also working on a new pastel painting…

Until later….

“anything can be done small step by small step” You are an inspiration to me, you know that? I am struggling with a decision right now, and your words always give me courage and comfort. Thank you!!!!!

I totally agree with Starting Over. You really are inspiring. I tend to get overwhelmed by very tiny things. I’ll have to remember your words on step by step methods. 🙂

Wishing you ease in finding a great new place. Perhaps there will be room for your art supplies and easier access for Fred.

I sure hope the new owner is really nice.

I hope you work everything out with the apartment. Maybe a ground level apartment would be more suitable for you two. Just a thought. Let us know how things go.
