Later on Tuesday

Fred has his car back. He drove me to the drawing class and picked me up. It was a nice experience.

I just got back from the Book Club meeting. It was very interesting and we had all read something different by Joyce Carol Oates. I read I am No One You Know–a  book of strange and odd short stories. I was sufficiently intrigued by this book and by what others said to check out We Are the Mulvaneys to read next.. Our next book is Kite Rider  {I think I got this wrong and it is Runner not Rider!}  by someone whose name I can’t remember.

Drawing class was interesting and we started a big  drawing to show how much we have learned about linear perspective. We had a choice of several subjects and I chose to do a cityscape of the future. There are big highrises all showing two sides and with the eyelevel quite low thus in theory showing my mastery of working with two vanishing points! This has to be turned in at the Friday class and since we are going to be insanely  busy tomorrow, I asked if I could have some extra time for mine. She said I could, and that has taken the pressure off me sufficiently that I may get done without extra time.

Tomorrow:

  1. I have an 8 am dental appointment
  2. Get home about 9 am and work on my drawing
  3. Try to get in a walk if possible but the drawing comes first {Have I mentioned we get out half-way-through evaluations on Thursday?}
  4. 12:30 Go to the dialysis place with Fred  and get information and ask questions. I don’t know how long this will take.
  5. 2:45 Possibly go with Fred to see his kidney doctor. If the first appointment takes a long time, I can go with him straight on to the doctors. If it is possible for me to come home, I will do that.
  6. Work on my drawing until
  7. 4:00 last class of the line dancing . This is a makeup class because we missed one since the instructor’s mother had a medical emergency.
  8. Come home and …could it be work on my drawing?  You are all so smart!

This will leave Thursday morning for me to do any final stuff {like cleaning up finger prints} on the drawing.

Until later…

Yay for getting the car back!!! That ought to make everyone’s life a little happier!

Whew! You have quite a busy day lined up. I’m not sure how that works – two vanishing points but it sounds daunting.

I hope you’ll continue to share your drawings with us 🙂

Ohhh….are you gonna share a pic of your drawing??? I’ve ALWAYS wanted to take a drawing class…..

Sounds like a busy day. But maybe you have time to answer one question for me… I’m thinking of getting an iPod shuffle 1GB, but whether I do or not will depend upon this. If I download to the player a playlist from iTunes, can I play the tracks in the specified order if I choose to, or will it only play them at random?
