Laundry Day
So far today I have gone for a 30 minute walk followed by washing two BIG loads of laundry. I have dried them—well, actually, a machine has dried them but I am the one who has brought them upstairs. They are still lying on the bed and when I have finished here, I will put mine away. Fred’s are on his side of the bed and he will put his away.
I have also sketched out my still life and worked on it a bit. Now it is on the table and I will look at it a bit later and see what it needs. I decided to do it in pencil rather than in charcoal. I also have to continue studying the principles of design. {Oh, and I keep meaning to say I actually do know the difference between principle and principal but because I was a teacher for so many years, my fingers automatically do the "head of school" one!}
Random thoughts:
- I feel as if I may be developing a urinary tract infection {UTI} I am going to drink lots and lots of water and hope I can stave it off as I have been able to do occasionally. However, if I still feel like this tomorrow morning, I am off first thing to the walk-in clinic to get something for it. There is no way I can sit through a three-and-a-half hour art class with an untreated UTI
- After I have finished here {and after I have put away the clothes} I need to study the definitions again and get Fred to test me.
- Fred was up around 4:30 this morning. I wasn’t up at that time–he told me when I got up at 8 am. He may go back to bed for a nap.
- I am wondering if my younger son is down on the Mississippi Gulf Coast looking for a new apartment this weekend.
- I am going to send him a little moving money tomorrow. He seldom asks for anything and I like to be able to help him when he needs it. I remember how expensive moving is for the first month or so. He probably won’t have to put down a deposit for a phone since he relies solely on his cell phone but there is gas and electricity…
Ok, I am off to finish my glass of water , put away the clothes lying on the bed and then to study!
Until later..
Wouldn’t drinking that pure Molson’s Lager help better’n that old H2O stuff?

One Word: AZO! It helps with the symptoms of a UTI. Still have to take antibiotics tho. Hope you get to feeling better.

I hate doing the laundry. I don’t have a dryer so if the suns not out then I’ve got clothes drying in all places around the house. 🙂

O I hope it isn’t a UTI, just a momentary blip in the system! I need to get cracking on some art too. And it’s funny, but I do my laundry on Monday too, or at least the start of it. Monday laundry, tuesday baking…

I hope you manage to stave off the UTI. I know that is horrible. Fred IS kidding about the Molson’s, isn’t he? 🙂

*huggs* you are always so busy, and for the uti, go and buy uristat pills, they work I swear. I had to use them a few weeks ago and it took care of the problem right away. I also bought the Azo cranberry pills.

If you like it, Cranberry juice is great for a UTI. It will clear them up in no time if it isn’t too bad.
