Month catch up

I can’t believe it has been a month since I’ve updated. It has been a crazy October, and I rarely have had time to do anything other than work. My mom’s birthday was on October 2nd, so Trey and I threw her a small birthday party. My aunt baked my mom a cake, and Trey helped me set the table for the mini party. We also had KFC for dinner. My mom really enjoyed her cake and gifts :-).

The following week, almost every Domino’s driver had some sort of car problem. My car made a loud rattling noise in the engine, so I was out of action for over a week. I took the car to my aunt’s mechanic, and it took nearly a week for him to finish the repair. He has treated my aunt well and was able to get the car fixed for less than $400. I was back on the road two weeks ago.

Last week was crazy! I just about worked both jobs everyday. My routine was the same. Get up, go to Sears, have just enough time to eat and shower before heading to Domino’s, head home and do it over again. It also didn’t help that I closed every night at Domino’s. Believe it or not, today is the first time I have had off from both jobs in two weeks.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had a lot of time to hang out or do anything. I am planning on putting in my two weeks notice at Sears fairly soon. I am making more at Domino’s now. However, I am not going to put in my notice until I have something else lined up.

Well, I’m going to get out of here and hopefully catch up with you guys!
