No longer snowed in

This has been the craziest week ever in terms of weather in Georgia. On Monday and Tuesday, all major interstates were practically closed thanks to the ice on the roads. Truckers were stranded all over the place, and people were forced to leave their cars on the highways. The road conditions started to improve Wednesday though. Schools were closed all this week too. It stopped snowing Monday, but freezing rain is the main culprit for all the misery this week.

I didn’t go anywhere Monday or Tuesday. I did start to scrape the snow off the Suburban Tuesday. Unfortunately, the truck wouldn’t start. I called my cousin up Wednesday to give me a jump. I was miserable Wednesday. I had to get out of the house and go to the store. Chip needed dog food; I needed to buy more contact lens solutions, and I needed to get more essentials for the house. Fortunately, the roads were drivable. I was surprised to see no Frosted Flakes in Kroger’s lol.

The sun has been out the past three days, so most of the ice has melted. Everything should be back to normal on Monday.

In other news, I decided to finally delete Andrea from my phone and facebook. She started to text me *maybe* once a week. She’d asked me what I was up to. I would text back not much. She would write back that she’s just chillin, and that would be it. There’s really no point in even staying in touch. We were never going to hangout, and she can’t even stay in touch long enough to even be a friend anymore. So, it was best for me to just cut all ties. I deleted her Wednesday, and I haven’t heard a word from her. No big loss.

Anyway, I’m going to go and run some errands.
