What I have been up to lately…

I have a lot I need to get accomplised this weekend but I’ll get to that later…

School is going pretty good right now. Last week was the first week back from Spring Break, nothing too exciting. I got very annoyed with my research paper though because the professor wanted a 4-6 page paper with 10 pt font and 1.5 spacing. Not many people are too thrilled with that class because she is sooo boring. Although on Tuesday, she presented a video on advertising in movies.

Some of it was enlightening and some of it wasn’t. One interesting fact was that “The Prince of Egypt” didn’t receive the proper accolades it could have received because it wasn’t a part of a conglomerate. “Rugrats” did much better than that film.

It also showed how using one product can contribute millions of dollars towards a film. Like in Independence Day.

My other classes are going pretty well too. We’re starting learning how to use HTML in CSC. I already know most of HTML so it’s nothing new. Oh yeah, my professor brought his baby with him to class *aww*. She loved messing with the markers hehe. Too cute.

The weather went from the 70’s to the 50’s. I’m glad because I’m not much of a summer person.

Today, I have three tests to study for (technically two) and an assignment to start on. I have sociology, french, and astronomy test to study for. I don’t really have to study for French because it’s the introductory class and I’m using it as a refresher course. I’ll look at a little bit of it though. Astronomy isn’t until Thursday, but I’m doing it now so that I can go to karate on Tuesday.

Speaking of which…I’m choreographing a fight scene for the black belt demo. It should be sooo awesome. Anywho, I’m going to go and grab some breakfast.
