O_o

A couple of weeks ago, Barry Bonds hit home run #600. The 600 home run club is pretty exclusive because only three other hitters had reached that plateau. That being said, Barry Bonds hit #600 and that caused a little fight in the stands for possession of the ball. One guy, a carpenter, claimed possession of the ball (the ball is worth like millions I think). Anyway, this is where the craziness sets in.

The guy who was with him at the park, is suing the carpenter because they supposedly had a verbal agreement to split the money if either of them caught the ball. Next, the two guys who gave those two guys at the game tickets are suing them because they had supplied them tickets for the game. You know who your true friends are when money is involved.

Jeez, all that fuss over a ball. Unfortuantly, I know perfectly well how money can affect people, certain members of my family are examples of that. It’s a long and strange story, maybe I’ll write about it in my diary someday.

OF COURSE! The stupid lawsuits people come up with these days.. someone suing because they claimed htey had no idea McDonalds was fattening… you kidding me!? geez people, wake up! Oye Vay I tell ya!

no kidding! that’s crazy! if i gave someone those tix, i would hope that they’d share the wealth, you know, but if you give up your ticket, you give up your ticket. they don’t owe you anything. thats my opinion anyway.

and the coolest thing is that the ball isnt worth all that much. just a few hundred thousand. lolz. oh… and the two guys… theyre from around here (where i live). toodles… isabel
