Oh yeah…

I got a packet of information from Georgia Tech. I wanted to register for their marching band last year but I decided not to do it. I’m heavily considering going for it this year. I would have to cross-register to take two band classes this year. That could drastically change how my scheduling would work. I will need to view the schedules to find out exactly how it would alter my classes. If everything works out fine, my financial aid will be in affect, and I’ll be living in the Village again. If so, Georgia Tech will be right across the street from the Village. I just thought of something. I will definately have to check my scheduling to see how things would get affected. I remember reading that the percussonists practice MWF 3-4. Then, full band practices from 4-6. That would mean I could only take classes up to lie 1 and then have enough time to get home, eat, and lie down.

Lastly, the two music I get to audition are: shizorama and one hand plus accents. I am strongly thinking about auditioning. If I do, wish me luck.

Yeah, I live in Georgia, but I live near Macon. 🙂 And thanks for your wishes on the cat. I hope she turns out okay 🙁 Much love Crystle

Good luck babes! Stay cool, don’t be like me, I always panic at auditions! A marching band sounds wicked, I’d love to do that! What instrument do you play? I play the Tenor Horn 🙂

Well as a band member I encourage you to go for it. It is a totally hectic scheduale but I have found it worth it. I hope you do too.
