Like my background? *smiles*
I had a really good weekend. Saturday, my mom, sister and my two nieces and I went to this furniture place in McDonough. After that, we went back to Covington to get something to eat. Following that, we went to the wal-mart in Madison for some reason. Then, we went to the place where my mom was born. When you turn in the street, you’ll go up a little bit and you’ll go over a wooden bridge. The bridge goes over a single railroad track. The sign says the weight limit is 3 tons. So as my mom drove over the bridge with the Suburban, my sister was kinda worried that the bridge might cave. Anyway, we made it over safe and sound. We drove to where my mom was born. The road is a rocky road and my mom and her sisters had to walk from their house to the end of the road to catch the bus. The house she lives in has been vacated for a long time now; trees have taken over the premises. Anyway, it was cool to see the place a second time.
Sunday, I woke up late and I was excited to see my mom had cook some roasts. For dinner, I had roast, rice, and turnip greens. My dad tried fixing some homemade ice cream but it didn’t turn out like he wants to. Well, I’m going to wrap this up. More later.
Glad you had a good weekend 🙂 Ended up at Walmart “for some reason”? I always do too…for some reason..lol

Nice background *grins*It must have been cool to see where your Mum lived. I can just look out of my bedroom window to see the house where my Mum grew up 🙂

Crazy background Joe! Thanks for all of your supportive notes! I’ve been away for a bit, but I’ll try and read your butterfly entries- I love butterflies, so I’m interested already from the title! :0)
