Skillet Pork Chops with Zucchini (Freezer Meal)
Pork loin (minus Rib roast end) chopped into 1/2-1 pieces
Bread pork with:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1T Salt
1/2T dill weed
1t pepper
Brown pork chops in 1/4 cup coconut oil
Divide remaining flour between 3 qt sized freezer bags, add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese per bag.
Top with:
2 onion sliced
1 cup warm water
bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until onions are transparent.
Cool mixture and divide into 3 gallon freezer bags.
Then add Per bag
3 medium zucchini chopped*
*can leave out until cooking day to save freezer space, but make sure you have it on hand.
Place quart and gallon freezer bag into another gallon freezer bag, freezer flat
On cooking day: thaw, place meat and zucchini mixture in skillet, top with cheese and flour mixture, cover and simmer until meat thermometer says 160.
