Honey Pecan Chops (Freezer Meal)

Pork loin (minus Rib roast end) chopped into 1/2-1 pieces and divided and put in 3 bags

Bread pork loin chunks (dip in egg and then in seasoned {salt/pepper to taste} flour).Divide between 3 freezer bags.

Should use about 6 eggs and 3 cups of flour, should be able to easily alter.

In a 3 quart sized freezer bags combine in each:

1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup 1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup pecans

Mix all ingredients well, place both bags into a large freezer bag, freeze flat. Make sure on this recipe that you remove as much air as possible to avoid freezer burn on the meat.

On serving day thaw and then cook meat in just enough oil or butter to cover the bottom of the skillet. Lightly brown on each side and cook through. In a separate pot warm the mixture from the small bag. Add enough flour or corn starch to thicken a little. Serve over meat and pasta or rice.
