Harvest Chops (Freezer Meal)

3lb bag tart apples cleaned, cored and chopped divided and put in 3 bags, most recipes say to peel, but I didn’t.

Pork loin (minus Rib roast end) chopped into 1/2-1 pieces and divided and put in 3 bags

Per bag –

3T oil
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cups water
2 T Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups raisins

Mix all ingredients well, and freeze flat.

On serving day thaw, and cook over medium/low to medium heat until pork is cooked through, you want to bring it to a slow boil so that the flour can thicken the sweet broth. Serve over rice or pasta.
