In the grander scheme…

My first reaction to this Hacker nonsense was of course…to pitch a fit.

My second reaction was of course…to mope about.

My third reaction was of course…to plot my revenge.

My fourth reaction was of course…to ignore this diary like a plague int he hopes that this would return my barely old enough to walk (baby) entires back to life.

As you can see it didn’t work, nor did any of this help.  Bummer.

Actually, I am trying a whole new phase in my life…It’s called my Buddhism phase.  And yes I know it’s a phase.  I lack the dedication to completely devote myself to anything that lacks the certain hedonistic charm of agnosticism.  But that’s a point of it’s own.  Don’t judge me on it.

I’m sitting at work “making a flier” about something…who knows what, and listening to “man of constant sorrow”.  Ooooh gimme some more of that southern twang.  No, wait, reverse that.  I dislike bluegrass with an intensity.  This song…by way of EXTREME repition, however, has managed to make it past my anti-bluegrass barriers.  Damn you.

Here’s something special…I have to read the Illiad and write a paper by Monday.  Impressed?  Don’t be.  But my teacher had this to say, “A thousand years ago, people who read the Illiad were telling people who hadn’t what to do.  100 years ago people who had read the Illiad were telling people who hand’t what to do.  Today…”  Ah yes…and there’s the pattern isn’t it?  Well here’s to it!

Bottums up…information down.
