Me – Poser: WordPlay #2

Alright, now we have Spirit Soaring, my next bit of Poser Wordplay.

This took some doing, plating with the lighting and transparency was interesting. I think I might have made it a little too indistinct, but the majority of what matters, the upper body, arms and hands are distinct enough. THe lack of clear lower body does make it seem a bit more spiritual. A half formed thing, echoing what it was before.

The face was the most difficult part largely because I had to make sure all aspects of it were made entirely transparent. Otherwise you’d have a floating set of very substantial teeth and other such things. Interesting, but defeating the purpose of this ethereal figure. I did leave the pupils solid, coloring them the color they are now to give a bit of the glowing eyes thing. Cheap, but effective for the purposes.

The background’s purpose is twofold. Against a black background, the figure is interesting, but the stars at an element of flight or ascension, I think, In addition, the stars being visible through the figure make it’s transparency more obvious.

Overall, I’m satisfied with this one. Question is.. what do I do next? If anyone has a word or short phrase(2-3 words at most), note me and I’ll try and make it into something interesting.
