WW Week 5 Weigh-in

Hey Lovelies!

Start Weight: 298.4
Current Weight: 289.6
Total Lost since 1/4/12: 8.8 lbs

I was up 0.2 this week, but I’m not sweating it. I met my workout goals and I kept my promise of not grazing like a heifer at the Super Bowl Party. I did probably have a tad too much strawberry moscato punch that a friend made (Damn you, Pinterest). I know there are lots of fluctuations in this journey, so I’ll just look ahead to Week 6:

-Gym 4x
-Reduce carbs in the evening. No, I am not going "low carb"…that would cause me to stab folks. *smiling sweetly* I just want to keep the heavier carb meals in the day time and keep dinner simple with lean protein and veggies. I no longer workout after dinnertime, so there’s no reason for me to be carb loading at night. LOL
-Increase H2O…it still sucks…struggling to get back up to at least 96oz per day.

In other fitness news, my race calendar is coming along nicely! I think starting things off with The Big D Climb last month really motivated me. I hate stairs! Still do…but now I have a certificate that says I climbed 52 flights of the bastards. haha 

Next up: The Hot Chocolate Run on Saturday, The Color Run on 2/19 and the Dash Down Greenville on 3/17. Go Go Gadget Thunder Thighs!

omG those lil wonder twins are (1) so big (2) so damn adorable!!!!!! i cannot believe how big they’ve gotten. Great attitude, Diva. No sweat on the tiny gain. You got this! I cannot wait till the Color Run. wohoo!

I wish I could read the rest of the entry but I got stuck on strawberry moscato. Mmmmmmmmm…. thinking about it makes me wonder if it could replace my husband. LOL! Just kidding…..
