Short and Sweet…*edit*
Hey Folks!
OD ate my 3/4 entry…I’m really tired of the technical issues. By the way…WTF is the Photobucket nonsense? I don’t want to see anything about it. It’s an ad (IMO) and needs to go.
Running late this morning, so I’ll keep it brief…
Vacation #1…Kat is officially leaving San Diego in a few days, so we won’t be able to visit her. I plan to visit her in Jersey this summer. So…we’re heading to Vegas for Chesty’s birthday! It will be my first time, so a sistah is excited! Great travel agent rate at NYNY + agent airline passes=mo’ mad money. 
In other travel news..the Chicago trip is 100% booked. I’ll be in town May 17-21. Phat Camp doesn’t start until 5/19, so I have two days to play before Jen Hendershott brings the pain! I plan to see Jenn, Les and Ankh while there…hooray!
The Oscars…Very happy that Crash took Best Picture. I realize that Brokeback was supposed to reign supreme, but calling Crash an upset is a bit much…it was a GREAT movie! Powerful, memorable performances from the entire cast. ’nuff said. I still can’t believe that Three 6 Mafia are Academy Award Winners! LOL I guess Oscar has finally realized that hip hop culture isn’t just a little fad with an underground following.
My votes for best dressed:
The WTF Throwback Award goes to Charlize Theron. She went with Knots Landing/Dynasty/Dallas 80’s Couture. Why?!? Stop the bow madness!

P.S. The weather has been great, so I’ve been bonding with my new bike. I’ve yet to name my precious bundle of joy. Any suggestions? The winner gets a prize! 
Edit: As requested, here’s a picture of my bike. Notice how the seat/handlebars are adjusted to accomodate my ridiculously short torso and freakishly long legs. LOL

Girl, that bow had me dizzy! I couldn’t believe some one in 2006 would bust up with that huge 1980’s, wedding from the depths of hell bow….. tsk, tsk. I loooooved Crash. Terrence Dashon Howard is so sexy, not necessarily cute—but he is sooooo sexy. His facial expressions can melt my panties right off! LOL!

oops posted too soon. We spend a great deal of time in Vegas…NYNY is fine….esp if you got a great deal. We have gotten good rates at the Monte Carlo–as low as $59, plus a $30 dining credit, 2 for one drinks, 2 for one breakfast buffet, etc. NYNY location is pretty good, next door to Monte Carlo, just down the street from Paris…watch out for the buffets though…. Diva… You will LOVE Vegas. Enjoy it. Make sure to visit the Jimmy Choo boutique in the Venetian shops. My cranky sis prevented me from taking a peak myself to drool over the shoe candy.
