Dancing in September…

Well…actually June. I just discovered last night that Chicago and Earth, Wind & Fire are coming to Dallas this summer! I am so excited about the concert. My mom swears I was born during the wrong time. Considering, I’m a child of the 80s, I sure do love 70s rock/funk. I’m taking my Mommy to the concert…and she’s promised that she won’t do her signature reverse Running Man. LOL

Speaking of Ma…she turns 48 on Friday. We’re heading to Austin for a weekend of shopping/fine dining. 🙂 She has a childhood friend that lives there, so her buddy will get to share in the festivities.

What else is going on…I booked my trip to Chicago last week. Free airline tickets and a $59 travel agent rate at the Westin. I love my job (at the moment). We leave for Mexico exactly 1 month from today. I’ll be busting ass to reach my goal of 210 lbs. Buddha needs to look decent in a bathing suit, eh?

Well…that’s it for now. The time change is messing with me. I hope everyone is doing well…especially my pregnant buddies…LOL All 4 of you…

I’m a huge fan of 70s Soul/Funk also. And I’m also a child of the 80s. 70s music just gets you going! Have you heard Robert Randolph and the Family Band? They have that 70s funk sound. Lynnderful

Am I a pregnant buddy? Good luck losing the last of the weight beforevacation. I had just bought a size 16, it wasa tad tight but 5 pounds would have made it fit wonderfully, then i got pregnant, I ahve gained like 5 pounds and that thing is horrible. Next summer though, it will be mine, oh yes it will be mine.
