I am amazed…I only missed one (the beef one). I didn’t realize I knew that much.

I missed 2… good, useful info. thanks.

I missed the last one. Personally I keep away from all of the butter substitutes, and use real butter in moderation. It’s a whole food that your body can digest more easily than these butter subs. Another thing to keep in mind is that even though the trasfat-free alternatives are better for you, they’re packed with chemicals. No chemicals in butter; Ingredients: Cream, salt.

Your super. I need to post a WW update. Just to let you know…I’ve lost 14.6 so far. I’m so excited. I’ve been working out every morning at 6 am at the gym. I think about you so much and how much your hard work has really motivated me. Also…I have noticed how I really don’t like dealing the the WW leaders who have lost like 10lbs, they don’t know what it’s like.
