Happy Halloween…

I finally feel totally recovered from the bike ride. I have a little bruise from a spill I took during the ride, but nothing major. Chesty and I will be taking the bikes out this weekend to continue working on endurance. The big ride definitely helped from a weight loss aspect. My weight has been fluctuating between 228-232 lbs for the last several weeks and yesterday I weighed in at 226 lbs. My eating is back in control and exercise has been great, so I look forward to getting out of the 220s before the end of the year.

My office has been pure chaos. I’ve dodged Halloween candy, cupcakes, breakfast taquitos, and ice cream and it’s not even lunchtime yet. Oy vey…
