I survived my birthday weekend without too much straying from program. Totally no fun…but totally necessary if I’m going to make it out of the 200s by the end of the year.
I had yesterday off, so I took an early afternoon spinning class (2nd class in a row…ass is numb), stopped at the bike shop to add road tires, got waxed (just my eyebrows…that Brazilian shit is for the birds), and watched Dr. Phil’s Weight Loss Challenge show. That man is a trip…LOL
Tonight I’ll be glued to the television from 7-10pm watching Paradise Hotel and nip/tuck. So addicted. So sad. I’m heading to gym after the shows, so I’ll make up for being weak by torturing myself on the elliptical.

I was thinking of you when I saw Dr. Phil’s show yesterday. How do you like the new Flex Points program? I’m rejoining my at-work program and I like the idea of subtracting rather than adding my daily points.
