Recipe: Baja Turkey Burgers

From the 24 Hour Fitness site:

1 pound lean ground turkey breast
1/4 cup prepared salsa
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup egg substitute
4 whole grain hamburger buns

Heat coals or grill to medium heat. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except buns and mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Grill for about 5-7 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the center. Serve on buns with condiments, lettuce, tomato, etc. Can also be cooked on a nonstick skillet.
