You really like them WW Giant Fudge bars? Yuck! Threw a whole box out! There are so many better 1 point frozen treats out there, girl!

?Is 1 point equivilant to 50 calories? Is that how how weight watchers breaks down food portions to make counting easier? I’m just wondering, because I’m gaining weight and would like to be more conscientious about my diet…if only to keep from toppling over (I’m getting a bit busty here…from cantelopes to honeydews, lol)
