Thanks for your notes 🙂 that is exactly what I’m doing, I’m tweaking WW to better fit my situation, by iliminating “empty carbs” and substituting them with snacks like a slice of ham and cheese. No more Pringles and Skinny Cows, lol. You are awesome, ya know it?

There is an excellent article in Fitness about 3 co workers who spent 8 months preparing for a marathon…might be interesting read.

I like your food list. Can you also describe what you do for exercise and how many minutes too?
