Weigh Day: June Goals Revisited…
I lost 1.8 lbs today for a total of 129. Although I didn’t quite make my June weight loss goal, I’m still pleased with the results. After weeks of bouncing up and down the scale, I noticed today that I’ve lost consecutively for the past 5 weeks…small losses, but still in the right direction.
I made my water and exercise goals with no problems. My overall loss goal was 8 lbs and I lost 5.4 lbs for the month…no complaints from the Diva. I’ll take what I can get. 🙂 I wanted to get my 130 lb star today, but there is always next week, eh?
While I do miss the good ol’ days when I was averaging 10 lbs per month, I’m grateful for what I’ve accomplished, happy that the scale is still moving in the right direction and that my health/physical endurance improves daily. On to Week 66…

It is hard when the weight slows down but I keep telling myself, it is still a loss. Way to go!
