Spring is fast approaching and that just puts me in a good mood. The world feels so dead in the winter. There’s very little to smell and such. I’m looking forward to being able to open the windows to let in the fresh spring air. Of course, my allergies have been absolutely terrible lately, but it’s a small price to pay.

I took my Datsun out for a drive today, just down to the grocery store. I love that little car. Now that it’s warming up I should be able to drive it more. I’ll probably spend the day outside tomorrow giving it its annual after winter cleaning and waxing. I think we’re pretty much done with winter here. Winter wasn’t too bad this year, last year it felt like it’d never end.

Anyway, not a lot else to report. Hubby should be home from class soon so I think I’ll go downstairs and play my flute until he gets here. I tried playing earlier but my sinuses were bothering me, I couldn’t play a full line of music without having to stop and sneeze. Damn allergies.
