Kitty

So, uh, remember that dream I had the other night? Sunday night I had a dream that we got another cat.

Well, today one of my co-workers stopped by with a kitty problem. A friend of hers has a stray kitty that showed up on their doorstep. It’s a 5-6 month old female tabby and they can’t keep it. They have dogs that aren’t used to cats. They’ve called every shelter around and they’re all full. My co-worker can’t take it either so they were looking for another home. Needless to say I’m taking it. We’re picking her up tonight around 6pm. I don’t know for sure if we’re going to keep her or try to find a home for her. I guess that depends on how well she fits into our household or if anyone wants her. Either way she’s coming home with us tonight, she’ll spend the night and most of tomorrow in isolation. I’m taking her to the vet at 2pm tomorrow. If/When she receives a clean bill of health from the vet we’ll start introducing her to our other kitties to see how it goes.
