Owww

So, I spent the day taking pictures at the go-kart race my company participated in for Junior Acheivement. My hubby was in the pit and had a good time. Now this morning I checked the weather and it was supposed to be mostly cloudy all day long. Around 11am the sun came out. Since it was supposed to be mostly cloudy all day I didn’t bother to bring sunblock and hubby and I are both very red and sore. I learned my lesson. Next year I’ll be bringing sunblock even if it’s supposed to storm and be cloudy and horrible weather. Screw it, can’t trust the weather reports around here and I knew better, I really did. I knew I should have grabbed the sunblock, I told myself, but I didn’t listen to myself and now I’m paying for it. 🙂

We had fun though. I took a TON of pictures and a few short video’s.

Not much else going on. Hubbys family is having some father’s day thing for hubby’s grandpa tomorrow so we’re going to that.

Kyle is still alive and kickin. He hasn’t pineconed still so I’m thinking he might pull through this. Dropsy is hell on fish, I will be sooooo happy if he pulls through it. He’s hanging out near the top instead of laying on the bottom today. He didn’t eat this morning but I’ll see if he’ll eat dinner in a little while. He ate yesterday evening and that’s a good sign. I love these fish, they’re just so beautiful and so full of personality, and Kyle is one of my favorite’s.
