Strange Idea and a Good Movie
Mind you I’ve no idea where this came from in my silly little mind, other than perhaps talk of sound dampening material in the Accent. I guess that is probably where it came from because sound dampening material made me think of car sterio equipment, car sterio equipment made me think of car audio competition and such and this bizarre idea popped into my head.
I was thinking we could buy a Santa Fe and have it painted purple, a nice grapey purple. You could change out the interior to make it purple and fill the bitch with car sterio equipment. Then as your competition name you’d call it “The Grape of Wrath”.
How do I come up with these effed up ideas?

We rented “Red Dragon” tonight. I am a huge, HUGE fan of Silence of the Lambs and Hannibal so I figured we couldn’t go wrong with “Red Dragon”. Sure enough it delivered, excellent film, rates right up there with the other two! So good in fact I’ll probably have a slight case of insomnia tonight. 😉

So, I’ve written what, 3 times today? Interesting day today I suppose. Tomorrow should be rather boring, we’re going to wash, wax and rain-x the Accent, do dishes and vaccum and take Sara to see hubbys dad. Perhaps if there’s time we’ll enjoy a walk. Tomorrow is supposed to be a beautiful day, would be a waste not to get out there and enjoy it. I love spring because the bugs aren’t all out yet and it’s relatively cool. Once the wasps come out of hiding being outside becomes less appealing as wasps seem attracted to me. I swear I can be amongst a group of people and the only wasp in the yard will bother ME! Honestly, I think my bleach blonde practically yellow hair was part of the problem. They are attracted to yellow and all. Perhaps this year my black hair will attract them less. I don’t wear perfumes or anything so I know that’s not the problem.
Ah well, off to find other sources of amusement.
Rent Manhunter. It’s a far better version of Red Dragon. But that’s just me. I love Michael Mann (who directed Manhunter). It may or may not be your formerly-yellow hair that the wasps are attracted to. Chances are, it’s because you smell better to them. It’s your perfume, laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, or just you!
