Obama won the 2nd debate… hands down!

All the polls being released, even CNN’s poll which asked more Republicans than Democrats, all declared Obama the winner of the 2nd debate. It was clear who did better tonight, Obama finally stood up to Romney’s bullshit, and it was a clear win for the President.

Romney has some clear gaffes in this debate that will hurt him, one of the biggest being his ‘binders full of women’ statement, or that they should be home in time to make dinner.

That exchange on Libya was Romney’s Gerald Ford moment. Mitt was lost and not presidential at all. The fact that the Mod fact checked him on the spot and corrected him was his deer in the headlights moment. He didn’t expect to be called out on his bullshit so quickly, then again this debate had a real moderator for a change.

Those where some pretty bad low points for Mitt, and those are the mistakes people will remember. These are also the reasons why every poll being released says Obama won the debate tonight.

If you think Romney did better than the President in the debate, you are in the minority, according to these snap polls:

According to the polls, Obama won the debate. Funny to see how things go when the moderator doesn’t let the candidates control the debate.

I tried watching the debate, but I had to turn it off after about 20 minutes or so. The overwhelming urge to punch Romney in the face was just too much for me to handle. Thank goodness I didn’t watch long enough to see/hear him say that thing about women and making dinner. My tv may not have survived.

It seems taht all, excepta few of the moist narrow-minded among us have come to the same conclusion. Even the Republican surrogates are placing the blame for Mitt’s LOSS on Candy Crowley and not on his ineptitude where it belongs. I loved his “binders full of women” comment, but he never admitted to hiring any of them.

Hello :-). I saw you on front page, and after reading your home page, thought I’d introduce myself. I too divorved in my 30’s…2 months shy of turning 30, and currently in school. Anyway…I’m Wendy and it’s nice to meet you :-).

It will likely not have the same boon impact for Obama that the first debate had for Mitt though. We’re left waiting until Monday, I suppose.
