Ethan’s Birthday Party…

Today was Ethan’s birthday party. Due to overbookings, we had to conduct Ethan’s party a week later than planned but it’s always better late then never. We had invited a good handful of kids to the party, but due to circumstances beyond our control, a lot of them were unable to make it. We only had a few kids, but that was better than none and it was a lot of fun anyway and Ethan had a good time.

It was a cheap and very entertaining time at Rotten Ronnie’s. While I’m not the biggest fan of McDonald’s… the staff did go out of their way to make it a good event for Ethan despite the lack of attendence, which was appreciated. So without further adue, here are a few cute pictures from Ethan’s party:

(Wouldn’t be a cool party without some massive playground to climb up…)

(Here are some of the kids sliding around, Ethan’s in there somewhere)

(a picture of the birthday boy, munching away on some nuggets)

(A picture of a kid named Will and that’s my Jonathan on the left…)

(another picture of Will and Jonathan…)

(Ethan chowing down on some fries… and that’s Leah behind him in the black shirt.)

(ethan playing with one of his new toys)

(And finally, a picture of the Birthday Boy and his cake…)

Aww, adorable. He had a fun time, I am sure he wasn’t bummed about only a few kids coming. One probably would have just made him happy.

While I certainly understand the value of friends and family getting together, do you think Ethan will appreciate and remember such events at his age? BTW, these cute pictures are making me hungry!

That’s not fair, I’m too big to play on the slides at McDonalds.
