Blogathon # 46: A complete success…

It’s safe to say that this year’s blogathon was a complete success. Last years took in over fifty thousand, but this year the Blogathon looks to almost double that! The site says currently there is a total of over ninety-six thousand. No matter how much your blog has made, we all chipped into this total and should be very proud of the contribution we made for our respective charities.

This has been a good 24 hours, and while they haven’t exactly been perfect or as earth shattering as we had hoped for… I can clearly say that it was fun to do even though it was tad stressful here and there. I met a lot of new people who I didn’t know on Open Diary before, and that was something great I took away from the previous blogathon.

It’s been an interesting night, and thankfully it’s almost over. While I was short of the goal I had set for this year, I am still proud of the contribution that has been made and everyone else should to. Regardless of it’s a dollar or a thousand, you earned every penny by staying up and writing your arse off. Hats off to you all and let’s get these last three entires finished up already!
