Blogathon # 12: Ethan is back up…
Time: 4:01pm Island Time (2:31pm EST)
Ethan is awake, so I turned the channel back to treehouse (a kid’s channel) since Sin City is a tad too violent for the little guy. leah is back from the grocery store. She took advantage of the kids being away and picked up some diapers and formula for the baby. We were running out and I had tried to pick some up last night, but the stores I hit were all sold out for the specific kind we were looking for. So she’s back home now, but now things are getting a tad ugly. Turns out that night out with the girls isn’t going to happen anymore, and I can’t help but feel she blames me for doing the blogathon. I’m sorry that she can’t do what she wants, but this is one night in the whole year… so I need to do what I can for charity and I’ll need her help to be successful. This won’t work without her and I hope that she knows I appreciate all the help I’m going to get from her today.
I hope that everyone here on Open Diary is going to do what they can to help me out. As you can see from the last entry, I am going to answer pretty much any question someone tosses my way. It was a method that worked during last year’s blogathon, and I’m dying to use a few more to make some filler entries. So go ahead and ask me anything, I’m dying to answer a few random questions. That will get the creative juices flowing and then I’ll be able to use them to post a few more other entries.
I also plan to use the fully restored digital camrea to take a few picture entries to fill the space too. Not sure what to take pictures of so far, but I’ll think of something. Maybe the horrible, rainy weather would be a good place to start. It’s not very nice out there right now, so right here infront of the computer might be the best place to be right about now. At least it’s not warm, cause that means I won’t have to use the fans or leave the window open to stay cool. That made last year’s blogathon a tad hard to take, but I still made it through.
Hope everyone else is surviving and I’ll be back in 30.
Peter
