Exhausted and ready to crash…
As I type this, my arms and my legs are killing me. Not only did we finally move some stuff into the building and haul that heavy, fragile crap up four flights… but in order to do that, we had to dig my buddy out of his driveway first. I was asking him to burn gas and most of his day off to help me out, the least I could have done was walk down to his place and pick up a shovel after how badly we got blasted. It took Steve and I a combined two hours to get the snow cleared out, but we did it. Then it took us along with our bud Ryan five hours to make a few trips from my place to the new place with some stuff.
So the good news is some stuff has finally been moved into the new appartment. The move has offically begun. I’m going to bed very, very soon… so to give you an idea of how exhausting things were, here are a few pics Steve took with his digital camera earlier today. I’ll post a more detailed entry about our adventure tomorrow, until then I hope everyone had a good Sunday.

Saturday afternoon, during the storm.
yours truly clearing out the snow…
That’s me again, taking a quick break, and that’s Steve’s Pet Huskey named Chance.
Just a bit of snow to shovel, eh?
That was our goal, to dig out that car…
NOTE: These pictures do take up a bit of bandwidth, so if you can’t see them… try again later or tomorrow and you might then. Sorry if they don’t appear.
I do not miss snow. It snows here about once every other year, and has the good graces to melt immediately. Most winters I don’t even have to put on a windbreaker except for once or twice. Glad you got moved, though.
