Happy evening with our youngest and her boyfriend. She is off to a summer semester tomorrow. Our weird empty nest is happening in spurts this summer. M is not due home from his semester abroad in New Zealand until the end of June. So we have 3 1/2 weeks of the house to ourselves until the next wave.

ok, that is my fb entry. but there is more going on in my life.

One of my new jobs has me stretching my writing and creativity abilities as far as they can go. I balk and complain all the way. But that boss gets the most he can from me which is a big reason that I am not venting here.

But (for me) it is even more perfect than that. I am getting to learn web design computer stuff and I am having grown-up intelligent conversations with smart people … In FACT (you must appreciate this!) with people who are on the opposite side of politics than me. (My boss says I will convert soon, but I remind him that I am not that weak minded!)
