Ever since i gave up Alteril pills, i’ve been having a bit of trouble staying asleep. 100% sobriety is a strange beast. So here i am. What’s going on? My brother and Mary are in the next room making stir fry and watching the last Twilight movie.
I still don’t have a new phone.
My shitty company apparently DID get a 3-year renewal, and we’ll be getting some measely less-than-one-dollar raise, but at least the pay will go up every year instead of staying the same. I should make it my goal that… at the end of those three years, to be a good enough artist to escape the place.
We’ll see.
Oh, and i’m completely and madly in love with Breaking Bad. It’s the greatest thing of all time right now. I need more than one disc at a time of this show. John was right. He usually is.

i agree with 1, 4, 7, and 10 completely. i definitely want to see Super, now that i hear you like it, it’ll be downloaded toot sweet. BT is excellent yoga music i discovered. i just had a breaking bad marathon today. almost to season 3 and it’s only been about 5 days of watching the show. yup. addicted. pun intended.

Mmm, Velvet Goldmine, thank you for introducing me to that movie. It’s so lush. I have to disagree with Twin Peaks not getting enough love. If you ever spent time on Tumblr or looked up the “twin peaks” tag on etsy you might get the oversaturation that I am feeling. I love that show, but I see too many memes and other silly things about it. Enough to annoy me. But annoying me is likeshooting fish in a barrel.

I actually had just started to watch Twin Peaks again. I took a break at the end of season 1. My Only real thought is… I can’t believe my mom let me watch this with her all those years ago! I still can’t look at bob and now that I’ve seen actual films by Lynch I totally get some of it.

I hate to use the word “awesome” but dammit Twin Peaks just was and the soundtrack? AWESOME. That dog looks almost exactly like my Yumi. She is a jack. But she has zero brown. I can tell you a million ways to eat kippers. Ever seen that cartoon about the dog named, Kipper? Too cute.

The whole “imprint” thing in Twilight is confusing but it’s my favorite part about the end of the whole thing. I loooooove that he imprinted on renesme. Its not dirty when you understand the nature of the imprint. And run….I am choosing to believe he believed the bathtub really was the best place on earth…

i have now seen super and i concur that it is a great movie. the day after i watched it with peet, we read a new article about a guy in the UK who turned someone in while wearing a batman outfit. very apropos. he looked like adam west.
