Gym: Day 2

The more I go, the less of you I hope to see in the mirror

Woke this morning at 5:23am, 7 minutes before my alarm went off, little Joe was crying and when I went in there he was sitting up in the crib, arms outstretching as he saw me walk through the door. Sometimes he’s crying so feverishly that it is difficult to calm him but he saw the bottle and drained 8 ounces without much hesitance.

With his eyelids fighting to stay open he began to mumble and that is when I set him soundly in his crib again and covered him with a blanket.

Returning back to the bedroom it was 5:34am and my alarm had been ringing for 4 minutes straight. Nina was sleeping in the slumber of slumbers and thank god, since she’s been dealing with a strange fracture in her foot which will require her to have a removable cast. I thinks he’s having her fitted this week coming.

The gym felt good. I felt good. I have been trying to get my cardio back up there, elliptical work for now as I just can’t stomach the treadmill I didn’t get the results I wanted from it even when I put my best foot forward (literally). Crunches followed which were great. Unfortunately there is only 1 swiss ball available in the morning so I couldn’t do my laying swiss ball pass that is in my routine.

One of the gym owners was there. She is 5’0" tall miniature amazon goddess.

Yum.

Anyhow I am sweaty now and it’s time to shower up and ready for the work day.

It’ll be a hot one here on the island, anywhere from 83-93 degrees.

ryn: You’re knowledge of proper terminology is commendable, sir. I like the synonym names for weapons. Damn,it’s in the 90’s over there? It’s been in the 70’s and raining alot here.
