Shower please

This morning we had to shower this 49 yr old man with organic brain syndrome, basically he’s a vegetable who can’t care for himself. Anyway he stunk of stale urine and is incontinent, which explains it all anyway. I guess when your mind goes so does your sense of smell, but anyway just a small blurb on my night at work.
