I’ve been really wanting to change my lifestyle and incorporate yummy food into my diet that is healthy, not boring. Anyway I read an article about her a few months ago and then just recently I read another thing about her and how she has her own website and cookbooks etc. On her webpage, kriscarr.com, she has tons of free recipes that look damn good, that are meat free. I’m actually going to be stopping the red meat for the most part for me (other than bison), but I still plan on eating chicken, turkey and fish. I felt a lot of her recipes one could still incorporate meat with, if they wanted to, but were filling enough not to. I’m super pumped to try her stuff out. It sounds like Baboo needs a whole life change. He doesn’t seem very happy with himself in general. Hard to get the gusto up to be with your wife when it’s hard to like himself. I feel the same way about myself right now so I can relate to how he might be feeling.
