All I want is a mini pizza
Emotional eating is a bitch.
baboo and I got into a fight tonight.
I burned dinner and it was terrible.
Now, all I want is a mini pizza and baboo just looks at me with judgement.
I want to just say fuck it and eat the pizza.
It’s 300 calories. I’ve only had about 1000 calories today.
I should be able to eat the damn pizza if I want.
but his eyes make me want to stab myself in the face.
this is fucking ridiculous.

Hey I feel like that way sometimes. Here’ what I do: eat half of the pizza throw the rest across the room making sure it splats on the wall and slowly slides down!! Oh and scream like an insane person for at least three minutes.

I don’t know what to tell you about the pizza, but if you are hungry maybe you should eat. Especially if you have only had 1000 calories all day.
Warning Comment
=( I hope you ate the pizza
Warning Comment
Oh no! What happened? Are you okay?!?!
Warning Comment
Eat it, lady. It’s okay to treat yourself once and awhile. Denying yourself can be just as harmful. Sorry about the fight.
Warning Comment
eat the pizza anyway!

I would be a smartass and eat it on principle. It would be bitter and horrible, but I would choke it down. Sorry you guys had a fight.

You should eat a certain amount of calories in a day or your body will start to go into “starvation mode” and start storing fat cells even if it doesn’t need to, causing you to gain weight. Was the fight about the food or about something else?

Emotional eating is a pain. It’s been one of my biggest hurdles. You constantly have to stop yourself, like those windows that pop up when you’re trying to delete something. “Do you want to eat?” Click yes. “Are you sure?” Click. “Eating this snack will cause you to exceed your daily calorie limit. Do you still want to eat?” Click click click!!

Mmmmmm…. pizza. <3 Two words, mama… Tortilla pizza. Much bigger bang for your caloric buck. Might be a fun dinner to make with the kids, too.

But you have such a pretty face! Don’t stab your face, stab his then he can’t look at you like that! See, problem solved…I should be a counselor

A majority of these notes didn’t seem to address the real serious issue of the judgement that Baboo gave you last night and how wrong it is of him to do that. He has no right to look at you with judgement whether you’re trying to diet or not. And support doesn’t include judgement whether he’s trying to coach you on it or not. I’d give you a response about it but I don’t want to get my note

deleted with swear words. Lol. That would be my own personal response of it anyway. He has no right to judge you in whatever case. The little trinkets that follow along with that aren’t encouraging.
