my pets have fleas!!!!
I can’t do anything with Ember because of the babies, but I sprayed Roxie and bathed and sprayed Ceaser (and picked off at least a dozen fleas in the process) and that is that.
blah fleas! boo!
I"m glad we don’t have carpet. I am gonna have to do a major cleaning spree this weekend and scrub up the couches and bedding.
blargh.
anyway, i have the documents to get my brother enrolled in school, so i hope we get that done today.
speaking of, i need to go fill out the giant packet of paper! argh!

Fleas suck big time!!! I remember when I was a kid my mom would bathe the dogs in water and Pine-Sol to get rid of fleas. (I dont encourage that, btw). You know, if you get some Adams flea spray you migh be able to dab it on Ember. Its what we use for newborn pups at the clinic. Its really REALLY gentle.

I wish all I had to do was spray a little “spray,” here and there… lol. That crap never works for me!!!!! But we haven’t had any flea issues at all this summer *which is so a first!* THANK GOD!!! Good luck getting the bro back in school. He needs to have hit butt in school! 🙂 lol. <3

Give her a bath with Dawn dishwashing soap. I read that the soap breaks down the barrier that the fleas put up against water. Google it!

I used Borax soap to get rid of fleas in my house. Just spread it around (in the couches, too) and let it sit overnight. Try to keep the kids and pets out of it. Being around it isn’t harmful but you don’t want to be breathing it in directly. Vacuum up and repeat if you still have a problem. I had a TERRIBLE flea problem and the Borax worked.

if you use that Advantage stuff it only takes a little bit on the back of their necks, and it will take care of your entire house as well… you just need to reapply like once a month…
