What Can You do With 20 Minutes?
Well, that’s all I have left in my day here at work.
20 minutes.
It’s gonna be a long 20… that’s for sure.
My fingers sorta hurt.
I just got done exploring some pictures on Baboo’s webpage. I have never seen these pictures before.
they were quite QUITE humorous.
He’s a funny funny boy. Also quite vain. But cute as hell.
Last night he was crazy but it was cute.
He says things when he’s all drunky. It’s funny.
I keep yawning. It’s annoying me to NO END. I would like, very much, to go home NOW.
but alas, 15 minutes must I wait.
I have done all my work. I even did some other peoples work.
there is no more work to be done. ya feel me!

this is a disaster, all this writing for no damn good reason.
i am tired suddenly. i wish i didn’t have to sit thru kids singing christmas songs. but it’s part of being a kid. i remember doing it and being excited looking for my parents in the crowd.

yea, i went to my little neice’s xmas play/pagent/show yesterday & i had to sit thru little kids singing who i didnt know & that got a little boring. but when my neice was on stage, i was the loudest one cheering for her!

You don’t really have to “burn.” All you have to do is cut your calorie intake by a sufficient amount. If your taking in 2000 calories on average a day. That’s 14000 calories a week. 3500 calories equals one pound. If you want to lose one pound a week. RYN: Cuz the HPT was negative without reason. I think they want to check my blood for other things too maybe. I don’t know for sure though. Nurse just said prolly we have to do blood tests tommorow to figure out what’s problem.

Also keep in mind your basal metabolic rate. Your burning calories whether you feel like it or not and its not to shabby an amount. Walking to and from your car, chasing your kids, even sitting upright in your computer chairs raises that amount of burned calories.

What I’m talking about wont give you any insanely fast results but it definitely works if you have the patience and I’m sure its one of the healthier ways to lose weight.
