Anyway, these are my "almost skinny" pants. They are the pants I can only fit when I’m not retaining water and when my weight is lower than the old "normal". I’m hoping to make this my new normal. I’m just maintaining the loss of 3 pounds. I’m not super happy about it, but it is what it is. Maybe I’ll get a windfall of weight loss because I’m being super good with my eating these days. And my portion sizes are small again. I can’t fit large amounts of food in my tummy.
We’ll see.
I wish I could lose like 10 pounds before New Years, but that’s not gonna happen.
I’ll be happy to lose 2 I guess.
ha ha.
I wish this Dayquil would kick in.

I was gonna write about something else, but wouldn’t ya know, it has left my mind.
I can tell I’ll be writing a lot today.

/golfclap to the people who say “it’s just that easy” everyone is different. for the average person it may be that simple. but there are many factors that go into this. personally i have a very low metabolism (had it professionally tested) i literally would have to exercise HARD 2 hours day and only eat 1200 calories to begin losing weight. sorry but i dont have that much time. not right now at least.

I don’t know from personal experience, since I’ve weighed the same forever, but there are several friends I have and family that have weight problems. Even I’m not naive to think that dieting is the same for everyone. If it were so easy, then why isn’t everyone super skinny? There’s a lot to do with metabolism, bone structure, etc. that goes into weight gain and weight loss.

RYN: Actually I’m easing her into doing her own laundry 🙂 With 17 pairs of pants, and god only knows how many shirts, panties, and socks, it would remove a bulk from my own job 🙂 Using the machines isn’t difficult, and she’s asked to do it before. As far as changing the litter, this will be the ONLY time I touch it. I’ll have Gerson do it for me.
