Poetry: unfinished requiem

unfinished requiem
==========================
Only a starscape —
Only the Best,
Only a lifetime
Can decipher the text.

Some without purpose
Most without angst —
A trance’s only venture,
Breathing life into the reigns.

No summers,
No flowers.
No sunshine
No rains.

Why?
The bother seems meek.
Why?
The outcome seems bleak.

Yellow skies force winter’s cold;
Tomorrow’s bite
Eats at me today.
Blink. Force acceptance of the light.

i like…i hope i remember to check back for the finished version. 🙂

you really know how to write the uplifting stuff. 😉 i miss your regular updateyness. you should do it more often. i probably just miss you. 😀

you also really know how to tell when I am being incredibly sarcastic! 🙂 good for you. also, i think your ‘drivel’ is rather awesome, if i do say so myself (and I do).
