Outside Lost
==================
I’m lost in others
When I alone cry out.
Using their transgressions
To euthanize my solemn route.
Putting myself aside,
Seeking indemnity for myself —
Prying more into you
Leaving my own emotions to shelf.
There has always been too much
Left open in my own life;
Too many feelings left unchained,
Unhinged to find only painful strife.
Living vicariously
Through my friends,
Left to be purged by them
With no room for amends.
Suppressing what’s left
Only leaves me empty inside;
To myself, my friends and family
My feelings left unapplied.
Busting at the seams
I can’t hold in anymore;
Starving to let it out
But still hiding behind the door.

Wondering about this “By Request” stuff? Check out this entry for more information.
You’re a great writer! If you are taking requests, I was wondering…could you read my last entry and write a poem? It’s kinda long or I’d just get into it here…It would be cool to have a poem to look back on. : )
