You Look Like You’re Both Pretty Groovy (WWW3*)

This Past Week in a Word: Smoky.

Overall Feeling – Emotional: Lovey dovey and happy.

Overall Feeling – Physical: Lethargic.

Reading: Nothing, though I’m supposed to be starting The Queen’s Fool by Philippa Gregory for my book club. (As a side note, I don’t particularly want to read this, but if anyone happens to have a copy of it lying around that they’d be willing to loan me for the month, that’d be swell so that I don’t have to buy a copy for myself. (My local library has them all checked out at the moment. Though I might go to a not-so-local library instead.))

Watching: House. Yay Dr. House! I hadn’t watched it in a while and I had forgotten a) how much of an ass he is and b) how much I freaking love that show.

Listening: The Rocky Horror Picture Show Soundtrack

Song Stuck in My Head: Science Fiction Double Feature

Best Meal: Friday night’s campfire meal, even though we couldn’t see what we were eating and were forced to use celery pieces as spoons. Roasted corn, hot dogs, macaroni salad, cheddar cheese and sour cream Ruffles, followed by s’mores. Mmm.

Website of the Week: J-Box Bento Boxes

Projects of the Week: Filling envelopes and finishing my altered book.

Craving of the Week: Fast food.

Not So Cool Things: Gaining a few pounds (probably related to my craving of the week) and campfire s’mores.

Cool Things: The Camping Trip of 08 with Kyle was incredibly fun and we had great adventures (entry forthcoming eventually). Calling in sick Monday and spending the day crafting and playing WoW. It was pretty awesome.

New & Improved: My altered book!

Question of the Week: Where’s the damn Target or Wal-Mart or general goods store? This city has a university but no department store, wtf?

Big Ideas: Lose 50 pounds using rewards to motivate and encourage myself. Cleaning my room and posting pictures sooner rather than later. Big Binder! Getting my fishing up to 275 so I can fish in Outland.

I Felt Most Accomplished When I finally crossed off something from my work To Do List which had been sitting there for three weeks.

To Do For Upcoming Week: In-game fishing! Finish cleaning room. Print pictures now that I know flickr will allow you to download photos with better resolution. Write entries in the backlog. Hopefully I can squeeze in buying a bento box, but we’ll see.

Looking Forward To: Going home and playing WoW. Getting my organic produce box again.

You didn’t have anything you felt accomplished about? I can’t wait to read your camping entry. I mean I lived the adventure, but I’d like to read and remember. CB,

I have to finish my altered book today *shame*. I can’t send it out until Friday anyway (payday!).

Have you started working on your Big Binder yet? Now is a good time to buy stuff ’cause there is still leftover school supply stuff on sale (but that’s at Target and Walmart, which apparently you don’t have. :() Celery spoons! I’m impressed. Are there pictures?

I still haven’t seen last season of House. I can’t watch this season until I do, for fear of spoilers. (Which, to be honest, I never thought I would care about for a what is ostensibly a medical show. But honestly, who watches it for the procedural stuff, right?

It’s a shame s’mores are pretty much only associated with camping. I haven’t been camping in years. I want some s’mores, dammit…

House rocks.

RYN: I have heard great things about it and it is one of those obscure places that just seem to have something to offer. Jeff Joyce went there and said it is unlike anywhere else in the world.

House is pretty awesome this season. My altered book is going to be a week late in sending. I got hit with inspiration in Dollarama on Tuesday; I now know exactly what I want to do – I just have to make it work.
